Privacy Policy

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User” or “You”) and MinimalTee Lab (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) governing your use of our website (the “Site”) and purchase of products (the “Products”) exclusively via Cash on Delivery (“COD”) payment method. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or accepting delivery of Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Order Placement and Confirmation

1.1 To place an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information (including full name, valid phone number, and detailed delivery address). We rely on this information to process and deliver your order; any errors may result in delivery delays or failures, for which We shall not be liable.

1.2 Upon submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order number and details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—We reserve the right to reject orders due to inventory shortages, invalid delivery addresses, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will notify you promptly in such cases.

1.3 You may cancel an order free of charge within 2 hours of placement. Cancellations requested after this window may incur a $5 restocking fee if the order has already been processed for shipment.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

2.1 COD is the sole payment method available on our Site. You agree to pay the exact order amount (as specified in your order confirmation) in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of the Products. No other payment methods (credit cards, digital wallets, etc.) will be accepted at delivery.

2.2 COD is available for orders with a total value between $10 and $150, and for delivery within our designated service areas (see “Delivery” section below). Orders exceeding $150 or to non-service areas will be automatically rejected.

2.3 If you refuse to pay for or accept the delivery (without valid reason related to Product defects), you agree to compensate Us for the round-trip shipping cost ($8-$15, depending on your location) and a 10% restocking fee based on the order value. These charges may be collected from you for future orders or via invoice.

3. Product Delivery

3.1 We deliver Products via our partnered logistics providers. Delivery times range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. We will provide a tracking link via SMS/email once your order ships.

3.2 Our COD service is limited to domestic addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

3.3 You (or an authorized recipient aged 18+) must be present at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order. The delivery agent may request a valid ID to verify recipient identity.

4. Product Quality and Inspection

4.1 We warrant that all Products are new, free from manufacturing defects, and conform to the descriptions on the Site. However, minor variations in color (due to screen display differences) or fabric texture (natural for organic materials) are not considered defects.

4.2 You have the right to inspect the Products at the time of delivery before making payment. If you find the Product damaged, defective, or inconsistent with your order, you may refuse delivery and notify us immediately via email (jessicachecl@gmail.com). Do not pay for non-conforming Products.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 For valid returns (defective, damaged, or wrong Products), We offer a full refund or replacement. To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for free return shipping.

5.2 Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer (you must provide your valid bank account details) within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned Product. Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.

5.3 Returns are not accepted for reasons including: (a) change of mind; (b) incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering); (c) Products that have been washed, worn, or had tags removed.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

6.1 We collect and use your personal information (name, contact details, address) solely to process orders, facilitate delivery, and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except our logistics partners (who use it only for delivery purposes).

6.2 We store your data securely and will delete it once your order is completed and any return/refund process is finalized, unless you consent to retain it for future orders.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost time, inconvenience, or missed opportunities) arising from order delays, delivery issues, or Product defects, except where such damages are caused by our intentional misconduct.

7.2 Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total value of the affected Products.

8. Modifications to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will post the revised Agreement on the Site and notify you via email if you have an active order. Your continued use of the Site after the revision date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
